IWG Switzerland is the first Italian Women Group powered by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland. IWGS aims at sharing personal and professional experiences among women.

Grazia Basile

Grazia Basile

IWG President

Born in the northeaster region of Italy, Grazia moved to Genoa to study Foreign Languages and Literature at the University. Later on she specialized herself in the field of Human Resources.

She always worked in the HR domain, at Headquarters level, at first in Costa Cruises for nearly 10 years and then, after having formed herself on the Swiss labour law, at Geneva Airport for Dufry Company as HR Manager.

Today Grazia works as Talent Manager at the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC, which she joined in 2016. She brings 15 years of extensive experience acquired in several organizational contexts, both no-profit and private sector, a broad technical HR background, as well as strong cross-cultural experience.

She is the President of IWG Switzerland and she is in charge of the career development area.

Ida Laratta

IWG VICE PRESIDENT

After graduation in Veterinary medicine at Naples University, Ida served for 12 years as Orthopedics and Surgery Veterinary for racehorses. In 2003 she started her second professional life, joining the pharma business and working as Product Manager and Sales Director for Southern Italy. Her life and family projects were the motivation for Ida to move to Switzerland in 2015 where, after a short consultancy experience and her graduation as Professional Sommelier, she took a position as Marketing and Sales Director for a local wine & spirits distribution company

Anna Clara Ottonello

Anna Clara has an European education: born in Torino, she obtained her Bachelor in Political Sciences at the University of Geneva and her Grande Ecole Master in Management at the ESCP Europe Business School in Paris.

She is pursuing an international career which started with several strategic roles across industries: IBM in Lausanne, LVMH at the Louis Vuitton HQ in Paris, and the pharmaceutical company Ely Lilly at the European hub based in Geneva.

Anna Clara has been working for Richemont Group since 2013 at the HQ in Bellevue, Geneva. She is the B2B Global Business Process Owner and Operations Manager for the wholesale distribution channel, for all brands related to watches and jewelry worldwide. She is currently in charge of international projects, managing cross functional teams and the strategic relationships with Key Accounts.

Vivien Yakopin

With over 20 years in Luxury Retail, Vivien has successfully held director positions in Sotheby’s, Van Cleef & Arpels, Asprey and Circa. She has worked in Europe and in the USA and holds Diplomas of Graduate Gemologist from the world famous GIA, as well as Jewellery Display, Synthetics, and Fine Jewellery Consult ant. Since 2017, Vivien is consulting for Luxurystockxs an e-commerce website, as well as contributing editor for VIP Middle East Magazine catering to wealthy families from the Gulf, and is a partner in EIS Partners Ltd. Involved in several charities for many years, has contributed actively on the board of Heart for India, and organizing committee member for Fonds D’ Entreaide Prince and Princesse Alexandre de Belgique, The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, BICE, UNICEF, Red Cross.

Patrizia Carlevaro

Co-founder and board member of GenomSys SA., start-up to develop technologies to improve genomic data compression and storage. As former Otsuka Managing Director, she established the multinational Geneva and Russia entities. Previously she served as Lilly Head International Unit. She represented companies at trade associations and chaired industry working groups. Up to 1995 Head of the UNICEF Essential Drugs Unit in New York. Prior she worked at Pierre Fabre Italy and in Guinea, to establish a national drug manufacturing plant. Patrizia obtained her Doctorate in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at Pavia University. She is Board member of the LFB Biomédicaments, Florence Nightingale International Foundation, the Cercle des Dirigeants d’Entreprises of Geneva, Advisory Board Member of the European Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association

Camille Bozzo

Born in the south of France 34 years ago, she studied International business. The desire to be confronted to an international environment brings her to transfer to New York where she first works for MSC Cruises and then in the MSC cargo section. After her f i r s t c h i l d ’s b i r t h , s h e d e c i d e s t o d e d i c a t e h e r t im e t o t h e education of her children. In 2014 the family moves to Geneva.

While she was going to law school in Rome she started working in her family’s law firm being responsible for artists contracts and legal consultancy for trade fairs events. During the same period, she started organizing concerts, music festivals and events such as the Rome Jazz Festival in Auditorium Parco della Musica, two Chamber Music seasons in Piazza Navona, business meetings and private concerts. She felt then this was her vocation. After moving to Lausanne, Switzerland, she worked as business development manager for International Sports Convention in Geneva and, in the same company, she became the responsible for the Latin market. She left the company and started an independent consultancy activity for events. She moved to Los Angeles where she was responsible for growing the USA market for Fit’n Move Lausanne. After 8 months, once she moved back to Switzerland, she founded SPES, an events organization company based in Lausanne. SPES produces independent events, designs events for other companies and carries out consultancy activities in Switzerland and Europe in several areas as music, visual arts, business, trade fairs and exhibitions.
